The look4hair.com website contains products for which it is the official distributor and authorized seller, and whose product category is apparent from their appearance.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The conclusion of sales contracts is governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (the "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (hereinafter, the "E-Commerce Decree", implementing Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce).

For the purposes of the above-mentioned legislation:

The Customer is the natural person who purchases products for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity they may carry out, or who does not make the purchase by entering any VAT number in the order form.

The Professional is the natural or legal person who acts in the exercise of their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity, or their intermediary.

The Customer and the Professional shall hereinafter be referred to generically as the Consumer.

The contract shall be deemed concluded between Look4hair and the Consumer when the Consumer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order by email, in accordance with the instructions provided and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out on the look4hair.com website.

The clauses and general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any other information for the Consumer, are made available to the Consumer on the look4hair.com website in a manner that allows them to be stored and reproduced, pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, and Articles 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.

By submitting an order to Look4hair, the Consumer acknowledges and declares that they have read all the information provided regarding the purchasing procedure and fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Look4hair shall not be liable for any malfunction caused by the operator of the data transmission network.

Product Information

The essential characteristics of the Products listed on look4hair.com are provided by each individual manufacturer and/or importer established in the European Union pursuant to Article 6 of the Consumer Code.

Price

The product prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

All prices are expressed in euros.

To proceed with the purchase, you must register on the website. Only thereafter may the Consumer complete and send the electronic order form to look4hair.com, following the instructions contained on the Website and set out below.

The Consumer must place the Product in the designated “cart” and, after reviewing the General Terms and Conditions, with particular reference to the delivery charges, the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the policies on the Processing of personal data, must select the desired payment method and choose the “submit order” option.

Before submitting the purchase order, the Consumer will have the opportunity to correct any data-entry errors by following the relevant amendment procedure available on the Website. In particular, the Consumer may change the quantity of Products they intend to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from the “cart”. The order becomes irrevocable once sent to look4hair.com.

By submitting the order, the Consumer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchasing procedure and fully accept the General Terms and Conditions, the Right of withdrawal, and the policies on the Processing of personal data.

The Consumer will be able to view and track the processing status of their order through the “Order history” section of their account.

Look4hair reserves the right to assess whether to accept the orders received. Look4hair will notify the Consumer of any inability to accept the orders received within 30 days starting from the day following the day on which the Consumer submitted the order through look4hair.com; in the event of rejection, Look4hair will refund any amounts already paid by the Consumer for the purchase.

Confirmation of receipt of the order

In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer receives confirmation of receipt of the purchase order by email, containing a summary of the General Terms and Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal—with an indication of the time limits and procedures for returning the goods—the geographical address for submitting any complaints, and information about existing customer support services and commercial warranties.

To confirm your purchase on look4hair.com, you must pay the total amount by choosing one of the following payment methods when confirming your order.

Payment via PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchases using this payment method. By linking a Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard credit card (or reloadable prepaid card) to your PayPal account, or by using your online balance, you can pay quickly by entering your PayPal account email address and password, without having to remember your credit card details. Registration is free (www.paypal.it) and quick; you only need an email address, which will also be used to notify you of every transaction made.

Payment via Satispay

Satispay is a free app for paying at participating physical and online stores.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery payments are available. Once your order has been completed and confirmed, we will send you an email with the amount to prepare for payment.

A €5 surcharge applies to cash-on-delivery purchases.

Cash on delivery is available for orders with a maximum value of €1999.

If you decide to pay in cash, remember to have the EXACT amount of your order ready upon delivery.

Products purchased on look4hair.com will be delivered throughout Italy within 72 business hours (delivery generally takes place within 24–48 business hours, except in Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia, and Calabria, where delivery is expected within 48–72 business hours) from receipt and payment of the order.

Orders received and paid for by 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). For orders received and paid for after 12:00 p.m., shipment will be guaranteed by the next business day.

In some cases (e.g., strikes, weather events, special holidays, etc.), it will not be possible to guarantee delivery times. As these situations are not directly attributable to look4hair, the customer may not claim compensation.

Shipping costs in Italy

• For purchases of an amount from €0 to €38.99, the shipping cost is €3.90
• Shipping is free for orders of €39 or more

Shipping costs in Europe

Shipping costs to countries belonging to the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden) amount to €9.90.

In the event of a lack of conformity of Products sold on Look4hair, the Customer must immediately send the relevant notice to info@look4hair.com.

The statutory warranties provided for by Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code apply to the sale of the Products. The Customer is entitled, at no cost, to have the conformity of the goods restored by means of repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. The Customer forfeits these rights if they do not notify Look4hair of the lack of conformity within 60 (sixty) days from the date on which they discovered the defect. Any action intended to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by Look4hair is, in any event, time-barred after twenty-six months from delivery of the goods.

The information regarding the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.

Look4hair reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted, and also to change or update the information at any time without prior notice.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.

For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or performance of these General Terms and Conditions, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile if located in Italy; otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the Court of Frosinone, Italy.

KRIEN SRLS, owner of the Look4hair trademark and this website, www.look4hair.com, does not enter into contracts with persons under 18 years of age.

Look4hair is in no way responsible for the actions of third parties who, as independent contractors, are involved in managing or carrying out payment transactions, delivery of goods, or any other operation related to the performance of contracts concluded on look4hair.com.
